What this site collects

Nothing. This website has no contact form, no newsletter signup, no account system, no analytics and no tracking cookies. It does not ask for your name, your email address or anything else, and there is no server here that could receive them.

What is stored on your own device

If you add a bottle to the shortlist, that list is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device so it survives moving between pages. It is never transmitted anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it. No cookies are set.

Third parties

Fonts and the 3D viewer are loaded from external content delivery networks (Google Fonts and jsDelivr). Requesting a file from them discloses your IP address to those providers, as it does on any site that loads external resources. Self-hosting these files, which removes that disclosure, is planned.

Who is responsible

This site is run by Rocco Soots in Tallinn, Estonia. A registered company, registry code and formal contact details will be published here once WineBaltic OÜ exists. Because no personal data is collected today, there is nothing held about you to access, correct or erase.

If that changes

Any future enquiry form, waitlist or newsletter would collect personal data, and this page will be rewritten to name the controller, the purpose, the legal basis, the retention period and your rights under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR before any such form is published — not after.
